EA does, indeed, have a replacement policy, at least for Arcticfox.
I complained to them about Arcticfox, and they offered to replace Afox
for $US7.50 if I sent in the complete Afox package. If your warranty
hasn't expired and you've got proof of purchase-date, you can get the
replacement for free.

On a related matter, I tried to use NOFAST to get my A2000 to boot these
programs, and it didn't work. I think it might be because my extra-ram
is at $C00000, and the author of NOFAST _did_ say that he wasn't sure if
it would work there.

Is there a new version of NOFAST out? Has anybody with an A2000 tried
this? (/kim ?)

Dunno ... I just picked up my 2000 on Saturday, and spent most of the
weekend *fixing* the bloody front panel (see related posting). Haven't
been looking for a new NOFAST, but did notice that there is something
like it that comes with the 2000 (haven't tried it on anything yet though).

Have you tried "NoFastMem"? This program is supplied with the 500 & 2000,
and does work with memory at $C00000.

Yes, I tried NoFastMem, but I don't think it survives a warm-boot.

No - NoFastMem does not survive warm boots, if you must boot from these
disks, then copy NoFastMem onto the disk. *** DO THIS WITH A BACKUP COPY ***
Also make sure the disk has the run command on it. Then just edit the
startup-sequence to "run NoFastMem" as the 1st thing. This has worked for
  many programs I use.
