I saw a really sturdy looking joystick at a booth at Comdex last
week called the Gravis MK VI. They had both analog and switch
joysticks for a variety of machines, but only a switch joystick
was displayed for the Amiga. I asked them if they were going to
make an analog joystick for the Amiga and they said that they were,
and that it would probably be ready around December.
I think I am going to be buying one of these joysticks (I've had my
Amiga for 2 years now and I still haven't got a joystick). It has
three "assignable" fire buttons (one on the handle, the other two on
the base), a long cable (6 feet), and an interesting feature that lets
you adjust the tension of the joystick from very loose to very stiff.
