[comp.sys.amiga] bison sources

I got the bison sources out of the purdue archives, but the files
machine.h, state.h, and gram.h (possible lex.h, I'm not sure) were not
there. Are they standard Lattice files or something? I use Manx and
it has no idea what they are. Can anyone send them to me, or at least
send the binaries?
