It is not legal to mail out the 1.2 include files. You can however send
$20 to Lauren Brown at CATS (1200 Wilson Dr, West Chester, PA 19380) and
ask for the "Native Developers Update" however the *better* deal is that
for an additional $25 (or $50 if you have a pre 3.1 version) is to send
$45 ($75) to Lattice for the 4.0 version of the C compiler, which comes
with the 1.2 includes and is *much* better than the earlier versions.
