I am about to deal with the issue of clipping in the
program I am working on, and would like some advice on how
to go about it. I have been told that by using the Layers
Library functions I can do this, but my reading has neither
confirmed nor denied this.
By clipping I mean that I would like to be able to pass the
drawing functions lines whose endpoints may not be within the
screen boundaries without drawing into unintended memory. If
the Layers Library can be used to do this could someone please
enlighten me? Assuming this can be done, some information as
to how the L.L. goes about it would be appreciated so I can
compare them to custom routines I could write.
Also, I am in need of a Fixed point math library, and before
I re-invent the wheel I thought I'd ask and see if anyone knows
of such a beast? I work in Modula-2, so M2 would be best???
Thanks in Advance,
Wade.
