Is there a method for double buffering a superbitmap window (specifically
  a superbitmap window on the workbench screen)?  From examining the window
  structures, it seems that one would need to change the SuperBitMap pointer
  in the window's rastport's layer structure, and call CopySBitMap to update
  the display.
