this posting is because I'm (and a lot other people) sick and tired of all those 'My PC is better than Yours' postings that have surfaced on both groups (comp.sys.amiga & comp.sys.atari.st). I like to ask everyone to stop this nonsense. Please, before you post, read through you article. Think of all the consequences of your posting. Ask yourself how you'll react if you see such a flame on your favorite newsgroup flaming your favorite machine. Ask yourself if your posting will benefit others. Do you REALLY know your facts?? Do you really need to flame the other machine? The bottom line is that no one gains from such postings; $$ gets wasted and more hatred is generated. Both the Amiga and the Atari ST have their own good and bad points. If you like one or the other, buy it, use it, and have fun with it, but PLEASE, keep those 'My PC is better than Yours' posting away from the net. Nobody likes to read such flames. -- CSNET: lean@sbcs.csnet ARPA: lean%suny-sb.csnet@csnet-relay.arpa UUCP: {allegra, hocsd, philabs, ogcvax}!sbcs!lean

I agree that the senseless posting of arguments about the "Better" computer is pointless. We love our computers and consider it the perfect one. I tend to ignore the argumentative messages. Let's lose them. Merry Christmas to one and ALL. Each and every computer have a good time over the holiday season. OK?
