#N:uokvax:4000008:000:655 uokvax!emjej Feb 29 18:06:00 1984 Here's hoping there are some Norwegian-speaking folks on the net who can help-- I'm one of a group of Creative Anachronists who would like very much to sing a version of "Ormen Lange" which we have in Norwegian (from the Faroese). "Ormen Lange" is the tale of Olaf Trygvasson, who built the longest ship in all Norway. Problem: none of us speak Norwegian, or know *anything* about scansion in Norwegian. If you can help us (I'd provide a cassette and lyrics and postage if you could recite the lyrics slowly for recording on tape), I'd *greatly* appreciate it.
