I have heard something to the effect that fonts are not copyrightable, only their names. Thus you can take any graphics book, copy the fonts into a computerformat, but you are not free to name the font the same thing. Why wouldn't this apply to a copy of a font already on a computer? [Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, and quoting me in your defense in a giant lawsuit with Apple will get you a few laughs, but nothing else.] dov
