I'm having trouble getting amoeba to run properly! I took the files
off of the net, cut, cat, and uudecoded them fine; I then downloaded
to my Amiga (1000, 512K, 2drives) and ran it. Title screen looked
beautiful, then I tried to START it, I got the little missile
blockers, and then... the dreaded GURU! Yes, I took the second copy
of the program off the net. Anyone have a working version, or know
what the bug might be? If you have a working ftp'able binary, I'd
much appreciate getting it (I need a new game to replace MarbleMadness!).
Thanks,
-Sean-

I ftp'd the AMOEBA program directly from asc.purdue.edu and it works just fine. I did this on 12/14/87. -- --- Dan Barrett ins_adjb@jhunix.UUCP barrett@hopkins-eecs-bravo.arpa
