Comming soon to a news feed near you. Here is "yet another" file catalog program. Having tried several and finding NONE suitable to catalog and update my many floppies, I decided to write one. The absolute highest priorities in writing it were: (1) Updating of volumes should delete entries from the database that are no longer on the volume. (2) The comment for the entry (in the database) is not deleted when the volume is updated. (3) An easy way to scale down the viewing set with pattern matching on the file paths and comments. (4) intuitive gadget based system, and I even use a filerequestor! thanks to Peter Da Silva. read the docs for more info/features. Available now via anonymous FTP to ucbvax.berkeley.edu, was sent to the sources/binaries moderators and will be available in sources/binaries as soon as they get to it. -Matt
