I downloaded the shar utility on Fish Disk #38. Unpacked it, read the warning form Mr.Fish, and proceeded. Tried it out on the recently posted asteroids. Immediate software error. Oh well, GOMF stepped in and cleaned everything up. Ran "fixhunk" on sh, and tried it again. This time, it echoed that it was working on one of the files and then died. Is there a problem with this version of shar running under 1.2 kickstart/workbench (I have a 2000)? In a similar vein, does anyone have a copy of "Setalert" that was posted a few months ago? I suddenly have a need for it. Either e-mail or a FTP locatio n would help. --hal meeks netoprhm@ncsuvm.bitnet

Make sure you have enough STACK for the program. I use 10240.
