Here are 3 bugs in lattice 4.0. I tried calling the Lattice BBS, but the
bug reporting facility was broken.
-------------------------------
In the file "proto/intuition.h":
#pragma libcall IntuitionBase ReportMouse ea 802
should read:
#pragma libcall IntuitionBase ReportMouse ea 082
The old 'switchero, again.
-------------------------------
Blink 7.2 gurus on a perfectly legal library file. I created this file for
my own assembly use. It contains the 482 library offsets, but no code
hunk.
It works fine with ALINK, but kills both BLINK 6.2 and 7.2. The file is
available on fish disk #72 (or was it #92?). Or you can contact me.
-------------------------------
asm has a problem with verbose MOVEM.L D0,D1,D2,D3 instructions. That bug
was on the Lattice BBS when I called.
-------------------------------
It is really disturbing that asm does not support all of the Metacomco
directives. LIST and NOLIST are two good examples. If it does not take
action, it ought to at least IGNORE them.

Here is what I THINK is a "bug" in Lattice v4. I wouldn't really call this a bug, more like just a minor annoyance. Routine GetRGB4() in ":usr/include/proto/graphics.h" claims that its second argument is a "struct MemList *". In my opinion, this should really just be a ULONG. This is because this number is the index into an array of colors in the screen's colormap. I have no idea where MemLists came into it. I posted this to the Lattice BBS a while ago (early December) but I haven't received a confirmation to this yet so I don't know whether I am right or not. -- Dan Green -- ARPA: hsgj@tcgould.tn.cornell.edu UUCP: ihnp4!cornell!batcomputer!hsgj BITNET: hsgj@cornella
