I have several odd and end questions. First, the files program posted a few days ago. (Thanks Matt - I like it). I seem to be getting multiple entries for every program. Any reason why? Here I don't mean the same program in two place, I mean the same program on the same disk with the same pathhas two listings, both together? Any ideas? Next the RUN command. If I use the command 'format drive df0: name "whatever"', I always get the prompt to insert the disk and press return to continue. If I run the command, no prompt, just a formatted system disk (try to use diskdoctor on that - not a dos disk - can't even install it). I also have a problem using it from vdk:. If I leave run in df0:c with c: assigned to vdk:c, it works great. If I put run in vdk:c with c: assigned to vdk:c and run a program from shell v2.08 (whatever the new version is), I get really wierd results. First the program runs. Then I get the CLI prompt back. NOT the shell prompt, the CLI prompt. No commands will work, however. Now if I kill the process I started with run, I get another CLI prompt. Now type ENDCLI, and I have a working shell again (back at the shell prompt, all command work)? Any body know what that one is all about? I have an amiga 1000, external drive, Insider 1Meg board, using vdk: (beta shareware version, new version has not arrived), popcli, heliosmouse, and clickupfront. Thanks for any help. I've been trying to find that bug... haven't reproduced it myself but got at least two bug reports. If anybody can pin it down to repeatibility send me a note! -Matt
