I'm finally ready up to buy that 2M I've been wanting (and better do it soon too, RAM is getting expensive). Thanx to all who have given me info since early December on the products they have, it has helped a lot. No one who responded was using Expansion Technologies Ecsort II board, tho. Anybody out there got one? Any stats would be appreciated (features, cost, where bought, good and bad points, etc.). Below is a short list of my candidates and the best prices I've seen. ASDG 2M board $599 from ASDG (so it should be available cheeper?) 608-273-6585 Microbotics Starboard II (2M) $550 from RSISystems 800-752-7747 Expansion Technologies Escort II (2M) $499 from GO AMIGO 800-232-6442 Alegra 2M board $570 from CMO 800-233-8950 On the subject of chip prices, two places told me that they were out of stock currently and could not give a price of what the next shipment would sell for. And Pacific Peripherals said that their old board had been discontinued with the new one due out in about a month, but had no idea what it would sell for!
