The University of Minnesota Computer Center has upgraded its Cray-1 to a Cray-1A (a million word machine). Anyone with a substantial project, who needs time on a fast vector machine and is interested in running on the U of M Cray can contact the person listed below. There may be some restrictions as to who can use the machine. We are running COS at the moment and are accessible via TELENET and dialup or private line RJE stations.
