[comp.sys.amiga] Memory and hard discs

I am posting this for a friend. Please reply by mail, either to me

(c86.m-karlsson@linus.liu.se).

---------
I own an Amiga 500 and I am considering some kind of upgrade.

Is there anybody out there who has some information about the Exp-8000+
board from Progressive Peripherals & Software, Inc.?
What about pricing, availability and so on?
Or maybe I should go for CSA's 68020-card.

My second question is about hard discs. Any suggestions?
Should I spend my money on a SCSI-interface?
Can I hook up any hard disc drive to a SCSI-interface or do
I need a hard disc with some kind of "SCSI-to-itself"-interface?

Comments on these matters would be very valuable since
these things not are available in Sweden.

And now a completely different question.
Can anybody give me some hints on the compilation of Matt Dillon's
"symbols.m". You know, the file will all the include/*/* files
precompiled.
