[net.general] Training Management System software wanted

	Does anyone know of any Training Management System software
that can perform student scheduling, tracking, registration,  grade
management and other such administrative tasks ?   The  end-site is
not a 'typical' school/college environment; it is a military train-
ing center. The scheduling requirements  will  be  quite stringent;
--- continuous student and class scheduling/rescheduling. Or, if any-
one knows of a rigorous algorithm, please reply  directly to me  via
mail (net or postal).
