[comp.sys.amiga] Intuition: bug or feature?

Intuition use the OPen and the DrPt of the rastport of the screen in which
a menu is drawn.  This is generally fine; however, if you change those
values (via SetOPen and SetDrPt) to, say, red dashed lines, your menus
will look mighty funny.  *I* think this is a bug (since Intuition creates
its own rastport for the menus anyway, it might as well initialize
the styles to something reasonable).  Will this be fixed in 1.{3,4}?
