I am considering purchasing an Amiga. Recently saw a 500 with a number of demos and was absolutely floored! But I don't think I need to sell this group on the Amiga. My questions are in the area of differances between the 500 and 2000. I understand that the 500 is basically a closed box, no slots. But what about the machine itself? Is the cpu the same? Or is the 2000 a faster model. Can you get an expansion box for the 500? A hard disk? ... etc. Basically, can you build up a 500 to something bigger if you need it in the future? Sorry to ask such a dense question, but the store I visited didn't have any 2000's nor anyone who could tell me about them (the product was new for them). Robert A.
