As a followup to my problem with the Transactor disk, I called Transactor. They said that they had had several problem reports re the 'warrior cycles' program, so I certainly am not alone, because the reported problems were all the same as mine. But In article <8802181652.AA06404@jade.berkeley.edu> schein@cbmvax.UUCP (Dan Schein CATS) writes: > > I have had my disk (and magazine) for about 4 weeks and have no problems > with the disk. Neither experienced problems. This seems to indicate that PART of the distribution was bad, and corrupt in a consistent way - one that tangled somehow with the disk controller. (Is what the guy at Transactor said. Beats me.) I would have thought this was unlikely. Or am I confused? -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Think I'll stay in bed Rick Pim, Physics Department Dream all day Queen's University, Kingston World outside bugs me anyway. rick@qucdnast.bitnet
