[ response to mention of standardized colour requester to go along with ARP's file requester ] The best colour requester that's PD and highly modularized is the one I incorporated into my 'Colour' program which was posted a while back. It comes originally from a Mandelbrot program, written partly by -=RJ=- and I forget who all else, and was cleaned up some by Cygnusoft in Vancouver. It has all the good features you'd like except an "exchange" gadget. Perhaps someone (the ARP people?) would be interested in librarifying it as a standard system call? Right now you can link it in, and just call the routine with the screen address as its parameter. John -- "What do you know... Joe Shlabotnik!"
