This will be suitable for the new chips, as well as giving you the possibility to move the monitor cable from its normal place to the EGA card when you want full PC speed and is not interested in what goes on in the Amiga part at the moment. If you have non-interlace chips, you will have quality comparable to EGA, no flicker. (Of cource you get Amiga's all nice colours as a bonus). Perhaps the card should be VGA/EGA-compatible, since EGA seems to be an endangered specimen and VGA-graphics aren't bad at all. I will hopefully get my Eizo (Nanao) 8060S monitor delivered the day after tomorrow...
