The extra keys on the 2000's keypad make for a perfect VT100 layout.
Handshake supports these keys as their VT100 counterparts ( ()/* are
PF1-PF4, and + maps to , ), does VT100 2.8 support this?
I've got SetMap USA1 im my s-s, but some programs (TxEd, Amic) still
ignore the extra keys. Is there anything I can do but twist the vendor's
arm to fix his program?
