[comp.sys.amiga] Postscript drivers for 24-pin dot-matrix printers?

I'm posting the following query for a friend.  I'll forward to him any
responses I receive.  Thanx in advance!

     Do you know if it is true (as someone else assured me) that there
     are PostScript drivers available on the Amiga that will make
     things like LQ-1500 printers (and so perhaps also Fujitsu DL-2400
     printers) able to print PostScript files?  I wonder how fast they
     would print?
