I just went downstairs and got a Tech report called "Speculations on the Personal Computer of the Year 2000" (CMU-CS-88-115). I believe it is a compilation of entries in this competition that Apple ran to rip of the ideas of computer science students without paying for them (they asked for entries from only the top five or so schools, and the prizes don't seem to be worth their potential gain). Anyway, if anyone at Amiga (a tiny little division of CBM) would like a copy of this TR, so that Commodore can profit(?) at Apple's expense, send me e-mail with a physical address to send it to. And may the Personal computer of the year 2000 be the Amiga 9000. -- Michael.Witbrock@cs.cmu.edu mjw@cs.cmu.edu \ US Mail: Michael Witbrock/ Dept of Computer Science \ Carnegie Mellon University/ Pittsburgh PA 15213-6890/ USA /\ Telephone : (412) 268 3621 [Office] (412) 441 1724 [Home] / \
