Anybody out there interested in a net.poems? Purely for pleasure, and personally I would like the newsgroup to be sans negative criticism ... if you don't like someone's poetry, you don't have to read it again (if some particular userid seems to constantly upset you by his submissions, simply use 'n' -- I really can't see the need for any kind of censorship). The idea of poetry is to spawn thought, and negative thoughts are nonetheless thoughts. Of course, positive comments (I'm sure) would be welcomed! (by mail) So let's see some response, all you hacker-poets! Any votes, comments, advice, suggestions, reasons pro/con, and just plain activity on this topic would be welcome mail to me. I really think that this environment is perfect for nameless-audience feedback; besides, it could be fun. I will wait no longer than a week, my clock countdown register has very few bits.
