I've gotten the latest version of Arp which was posted on the net and after de-arcing it and installing it I found that the "Resident" command doesn't seem to work. I have read the docks and I understand how to use it, but every time I try to execute a program that I have made resident (and this includes Arp programs) I get a requestor to insert the workbench disk. When I type the "resident f" command I get a list of programs and numbers of which the first column is always zero. This was a disappointment because the features of this program seem more attractive than Rez. Being able to specify full path names and only have to type the progam name and also being able to reference a program "As" some other name seems to give it an advantage. Now While I have your attention , My wish list option for this program would be to be able to have the programs that are made resident be recoverable after a warm boot. This may have been expected or it may be too much to ask but I feel that it would be nice. Lance Holmes
