The new ANIM specs were posted on BIX by Carolyn Scheppner a couple days ago.
I'm kind of expecting her to post them here too, but if she doesn't, I could.
The new specs have a lot more useful info.  I have noticed a few deadly
typos in it though, so keep an eye out for them.  In particular, there's 
a list of the various ANHD operation field numbers, and the corresponding 
DLTA compression method.  One of them is a 3 when it should really be a 5.
If the new specs aren't posted RSN (I mean REAL Soon Now), I'll put them
up.
