I have been using a Seagate 225 ST506 drive connected to the 2090 HD controller. I am presently using a one-connector cable. I recently purchased a second ST506 drive and the two connector cable. What changes do I need to make to have both drives connected? Thanks. Dick Pope Auburn University dpope@auducvax.bitnet

Get a "standard" 2-drive connector. Look in Computer Shopper for MANY places where you can get one. If you get the "twisted type", you'll need to set BOTH drives a SELECT 1. If you get a NON-twisted cable, the second drive must be set with SELECT 2. -- Marco Papa 'Doc' -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= uucp:...!pollux!papa BIX:papa ARPAnet:pollux!papa@oberon.usc.edu "There's Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Diga!" -- Leo Schwab [quoting Rick Unland] -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
