    I recently needed to figure out how to get full width printer output
 on a wide carriage printer. I had tried all the preferences bells and 
 whistles. Martin Scragg posted an answer which worked real nice!!

    P.S. Oh yeah! The fix was to filezap a COPY of the epson driver. In the
 first sector of that file at location 6C there should be a 03C0. (960 dots)
 Change it to 0660 (1632 dots). Works great on dpaint II !!!
 (Don't forget to reboot after you have edited the driver and chosen it in
  preferences!)
