Does anybody know the specifics of false color mappings (i.e. transform
a black and white image into color)? The mechanics of the process is
easy, the hard part is doing this so that the colors really make sense.
Anything anybody knows in the way of references/personal experience/
code would be greatly appreciated. I keep running into dead-ends.
