Has Commodore Legal seen some of the comments that ol' Jerry made about the Amiga product line in the June issue of Byte? Near as I can figure there are more than one or two libelous comments regarding the speed of the systems etc. Also there could be an interesting case made for influence peddling, considering his comments about how companies that supply him with hardware and software get good reviews. Now i'm not a lawyer, just the beneficiary of a class in legalese.... but it certainly looks like he could be a target. Of course the most funny thing about the current issue is that Jerry is whining about the speed of the amiga, then when you look in the benchmark section you see Turbo Amiga's and normal amigas blowing the doors off a lot of systems in the various tests.
