Just a thought, but those people who have a dislike for certain newsgroups can
do one of two things:

	1.  Put the phrase:

		options -n newsgroups you want to see

	    in your .newsrc file as the first line.

		Or, what I have been doing since the newsgroups I want to see
		are great in number, and the list of newsgroups I consider
		too long

	2.  In response to the prompt:

		(# lines) More? [ynq]

	    enter:

		N

		(note that this is a CAPITAL letter n)

   Prepending the newsgroup with '!' will inhibit that newsgroup.
 
   Ex: options -n !net.test
   
   You will get all newsgroups execpt net.test.
