I had written A-Squared twice asking for info on getting a LIVE to work on the 2000's expansion bus. They sent me a brochure, with a nice handwritten note. The bottom line is, that while it _is_ possible to get a 1000 version of LIVE working, in July they will be releasing a 2000 version. The 500 version is currently available, for $399.95. This includes it's own power supply. Any comments or experiences anyone has with the LIVE hardware are welcome. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hal Meeks Velveeta has topped $4.00 a pound in netoprhm@ncsuvm.bitnet in Tokyo. I like it because: It can digitize stuff from my VCR or Video camera. It can digitize in Black and White, Standard Color or HAM. However it is not as good as I would like because: Motion makes the HAM or color pictures break up a lot. HAM can only be used in 320 by 200 resolution. My strongest reccomendation is to see it before you buy. /|\ | The above opinions are all my own. Richard Foy
