I have been offered two used pieces of software. The first is
a 'pre-owned' Lattice C compiler with the Lattice Text Utilities for
$100. This is version 3 according to the first page of the manual.
The second is a 'pre-owned' Acquisition database 1.2 with the 1.3F
update also for $100. I have an Amiga 500 with 1 meg and two disk
drives. I have a few questions.
1) Are these good prices?
2) The compiler is registered in the name of the current owner.
Can the registration with Lattice be transfered?
3) What is the latest version of the compiler and can I upgrade
this version to the latest? How much? How?
4) Is the 1.3F update the latest version of the Acquisition
database? If not, I have the same questions for it as
for the compiler.
