Hi gang....
I just purchased a Supra 30 Meg hard drive... I thought that it was working
fine UNTIL I started to get random read/write errors... I called Supra
and explained what was happening and he thinks that my pal chips need to
be grounded in my A1000. I suppose that this could be true, But my 2 MEg
memory board has worked just fine for almost a year!!! Anyways...
does anybody know what is involved to ground the pal chips... Any help
would sure make me (and the hard drive) happy.... How about a magazine
article that you saw... or better yet... leave me E-Mail <PLEASE> if you
know how to do it! It really is disappointing have this shiny new 30 meg hard
drive that you can't trust worth beans!!! Oh well.... thanks for ANY and ALL
support!!
