[comp.sys.amiga] Is Workbench 1.3 EVER going to come out????

CRONEJP@UREGINA1.BITNET (Jonathan Crone) (06/30/88)

I'm seriously beginning to wonder if we're ever going to see
workbench 1.3....

What the HE** is taking so D*** long?????

Could we get SOME kind of word???
I know that we cannot expect Official word, as this isn't really
commodore's official forum, but SOME idea of progress would
be REALLY nice to hear.
thanks.

I've heard of bug testing, quality assurance etc. etc.... but isn't this
just a bit long of a cycle on the process????

I'm getting so tired of waiting, that i'm almost temped to
grab a copy of a Gamma off of one of the dozens of people that
have it around Regina....and live with it...
*sigh*

Doesn't seem that long to me. Remember how long we were hearing about
1.2 before it finally made it out? Or how about the 2000?
 Or Sidecar? :^)

Workbench and Kickstart.

Calm down. It took them this long to get 1.2 out the door. They'll get it
done eventually. I'm sure it's a high priority project and everyone
involved is working hard to fix bugs so you won't see them.
