Amigans, Gad! In the letter of mine Blaine quoted, I accused Telesoft of being the scurvy dogs who took my money and delivered a broken two meg memory four months later, lying through their teeth that it had been mailed every week for four months, then promptly going bankrupt before I could isolate the problem with my board to hardware, and leaving me without access to repair parts. This was an incredibly embarrassing blunder on my part, and should teach me that even private mail should be mailed when I'm awake; Telesoft is an extremely reputable company in the business of making Ada(former tm) compilers, who provided many of the first validated compilers available anywhere, and continue to produce a very fine line of software products, and, to my knowledge, no hardware at all. Dozing as I was, and quite familiar with the Telesoft name, since I've been a SIGAda member since it was AdaTech, I confused Telesoft with Technisoft, the aforementioned scurvy dogs, etc. My apologies to all Telesoft personnel, and thanks to the one who pointed out the error. Don't let my blunder keep the rest of you from springing for the Ada compiler of your choice! (Blatent ripoff of David Bakken's Boeing 747 .siggie commercial! ;-) Broke and unemployed as I am, it's not worth suing me for defamation of character, but the offended parties can all step right up for their turn at giving me 50 lashes with a wet noodle. ;-) To repeat: OOPS! Sorry! My fault, not Blaine's, and certainly not Telesoft's, who had nothing to do with my bad memory board. Kent, the man from xanth.
