[comp.sys.amiga] DMouse 1.07 Bug

<Line eaters sure have a big appetite>

I recently got my A1000 out of the shop (after 4 months or so) and
immediately downloaded DMouse, version 1.07. It's a great utility and
everything I use it for works great, with one minor exception. I
would like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem. My
startup-sequence is rather standard (copy a few files to RAM:, set
date, conman, dmouse, etc) and the last thing it does is close the
CLI. Normally, one would do something with the mouse before reopening
a CLI, but every once in awhile, the FIRST thing I do is hit ALT-ESC.
Voila! Nothing happens. I have traced it to not moving the mouse at
least once before trying to open a new CLI. I have tested it several
times and every time I move the mouse (no matter how slightly), the
CLI comes up. This is really only a minor inconvenience, but it has
aroused my curiosity. Any comments? Thanks in advance.

Comment:	Yup, it's a well-known bug in DMouse ... either that or
a bug in the OS, because looking at DMouse, I couldn't
find a thing wrong. (However, I'll admit to not looking
		extremely closely).

I'll be dammed if I know what the problem is

Fortunetly, it is in no way harmful.

P.S. I brought up Manx's DB (not SDB) on the 4'th and guess what it said!
"Happy Fourth!".... It made my day.
