[comp.sys.amiga] DBW Render 2.0

rlcarr@athena.mit.edu (Rich Carreiro) (07/14/88)

I have DBW Render 2.0 (it's NOT PD and in fact uses a "look things
up in the manual" run-time pprotection) and cannot grok the input
file syntax. Also, some of the supplied .inp files give errors.

Can some kind net.soul explain what the hell is going on with that
input language? The appendices in the little manual only confuse me more.
I guess what I'd like to see is some simple, commented input files.
But any help whatsoever is welcome!

Again, any help is GREATLY appreciated, and thank you in advance!

    Hi Rich,
I have been making use of DBW_RENDER 1.0 (the PD one) for
some time and I have a fair command of the input file syntax.
However, I don't know if the two programs have the same syntax.

If you are familiar with the PD version, then let me know if the
syntax is the same and I'll send you some of my command files.

    Where did you find DBW_RENDER 2.0 ?
    Does it include source code?
    How much was it?

Please post the name + address of the company that made it (ummm..
usually there is an adress in the manual..)
as I MUST HAVE IT but have not seen it anywhere!

                       Thanks,
and let me know about those command files...

                                     Don
