[Sent to the generic AMIGA-RELAY Arpanet address] Background ========== I am running a 512K A1000 with 2 floppies. Hi-res CLI (~80colsX48lines). On startup DMouse 1.0N and ConMan are invoked (in that order). I then manually start up VT1002.8, full screen hi-res. Pretty much uncustomized otherwise (no additonal "buffers", etc.) Symptoms ======== I call a UNIX machine at 2400 baud. I "cat" a large file ("type" for you nonUnixers). I hit <CTRL-S> -- no effect. I hit <CTRL-C> -- no effect. I hit <CTRL-\> -- no effect. I move the mouse -- the mouse pointer does NOT reappear. I click the mouse -- no effect. Meanwhile the file has continued to be catted to the screen. I kill DMouse. Everything now works as it should. I reinvoke DMouse with a "-p100" flag -- see the paragraph above... Foreground ========== The same symptoms are exhibited with both 1.07 + 1.08 of DMouse. A while back I sent a "bug report" to ACS mentioning VT100's nonattention to <CTRL-S> under similar conditions when the file being typed out had many very short lines. I don't *think* I had DMouse at that time, though. The currently exhibited problem is considerably worse. Any obvious fix?
