[comp.sys.amiga] Automatically opening disks

rszinn@dahlia.waterloo.edu (Scotte Zinn) (07/16/88)

Does anyone know how to go about automatically opening a disk icon from the
CLI? For instance, in my startup-sequence, I would like my hard drive icon
automatically opened so that I don't have to click on it myself. I know this
is lazy, but it would be a neat hack I think.

AutoIconOpen (fish disk 87) does exactly this. It's available for ftp
from uxe.cso.uiuc.edu.
