I tried to mail this, but it bounced (in about 30 seconds). >/ hpdml93:comp.sys.amiga / darin@laic.UUCP (Darin Johnson) / 8:26 pm Jul 19, 1988 / >Does anyone have any hints for me on how to pass the stairs on >level three of the sample maze? I looked through the maps for the first >three leveles, but can't find any "letters", other than the obvious L's, O's. On (I think) the third level, if you look at the four corners, there will be four letters, in line form. Go to the level with the corners that have walls that you can see on one side but are invisible from the other side. This can be very confusing, because when you look down the corridor one way, it looks like it is four blocks long, but when you go through the corridor and turn around and look the other way, you see a wall only two squares down. By the way, the word in question, when supplied as an answer to the question, is about as simple as a password as you can get. Are you confused yet? >(It just dawned on me that perhaps I don't need the map at all - since I might >be right, I can't say what that idea is and spoil it) Well, I needed a map, but you really only need it for about 2 square block in each of the four corners. Remember, don't get confused by whats on the outside of the 22 sided square if you extend the map. >-- >Darin Johnson (...pyramid.arpa!leadsv!laic!darin) > (...ucbvax!sun!sunncal!leadsv!laic!darin) > "All aboard the DOOMED express!" >---------- -- Rodger Anderson (rodger@hpdml93) P.S.
