Everybody seems dissatisfied with Commodore? Well, I never had any problems with them because I never dealt with them. Fo customer service send your machines to memory location in Wellesly, Mass. I don't know their address but their phone # is (617)237-6846. These guys are fast, and they know EXACTLY what they are doing. They don't only sell the stuff, they fix it and program it. They also have policies concerning frequent customers, if you pay a one-time fee of $20.00 you become a club member and rec ieve 15% off ofall software. They also sell used hardware if your interested in selling or buying. That's my two cent's worth.
