I just heard a rumor that 380meg hard disks would be less than $1000 in OEM quantities by the end of the year (Electronic News). With removable media, yet (so that you can have many gigabytes of storage handy, if you so desire). The price tag on the thing is supposed to be something like $2600. The only disadvantage is that it's fairly slow, comparable to today's cheap 20mb and 30mb drives. If you wast mass-storage M.A.S.T. (Memory And Storage Technology) was displayin a 1 GIGABYTE Worm drive at AmiExpo last week. It was SCSI and had an interface for the Amiga 1000,2000,500.
