Hi, I am not a hardware guy, not much at least. But is the following scheme possible, and why not? On my OLD! TV there was two buttons to adjust the height and the width of the picture on the screen. I guess they were there because in those days the radiotubes were not as stable as a transister is now. Well, are the two small potmeters inside my monitor that I can adjust so that I can see a fully overscanned picture on my screen by making all the pixels just a bit smaller? Or have technology reached a stage where we the users are not supposed to think about that anymore. --Kasper Kasper Osterbye ||| /// ///| Internet: kasper@csli.stanford.edu ||| /// ///|| UUCP: {backbones..}!csli.stanford.edu!kasper |||<<< ///||| AT&T: (415) 323 9604 ||| \\\ ///=||| USMAIL: 2420 Tasso st. #3, Palo Alto CA 94301 ||| \\X// |||MIGA
