I'm looking for some sort of device to save wear and tear on my game port
controller sockets. I've had to yank things in and out of the mouse/joystick
ports fairly frequently lately, and I'd just as soon be doing all the yanking
from an extension cord, or better yet, a switch box. If anyone can point me
to such a source for such a thing, please send email, and i'll post replies.

Check with Radio Shack. Their 1988 catalog lists a ten-foot joystick
extension cord for $4.99 (catalog number 270-1705, page 130). It appears
to have the same connector at the Amiga ports. I don't know if it passes
all the pins, though.
