[] First of all, please respond only via E-Mail, since this may not even been the group I should have posted to. I will summarize if necessary. I have written (and am continuing to write) a game for the Amiga. I plan on releasing it into the public domain for the enjoyment of others. The only problem is that the game is a (hopefully) very close duplication of the arcade game "Centipede", which is Copyright 1980 by Atari Games. You can already see my question: Am I going to be sued for copying the game in its entirety? I know that Space Invaders was written for the Amiga and placed in the Public Domain, but under a different name. Is this all I have to do?
