If I get a hard drive for my B2000 I can choose either IBM or SCSI style drives. I gather from the net that the SCSI protocal supports faster data transfer. Great, maybe I will get one of those. I start looking at ads, and notice that most of the PC drive ads give access speed, but ALL the SCSI drive ads just give the capacity. Why? How does one tell sh*t from shinola with SCSI drives? What brands should be sought/avoided? How do you know if a given model would do better than something in an IBM style? -don perley
